Learning about plants with Buddy and Richie

Meet Buddy — a golden, gentle forager who loves wild cherries, pears, dandelion roots, and long walks by the river. He’s clever, careful, and always looking out for his little brother, Richie.

Richie is still learning. He’s smaller, doesn’t like prickles, and sometimes can’t reach the fruit that Buddy can. But that’s okay — because Buddy is a great teacher. He shows Richie what’s safe, and what’s not.

Together, they explore the world one leaf, flower, and juicy fruit at a time. Whether it’s teaching Richie about the blackberries in the hedgerow or keeping him out of fast-moving streams, Buddy is always guiding with kindness and wisdom.
